OrangeBubbles is self-custodial
OrangeBubbles is software for using Bitcoin. It does not custody funds, operate accounts, process payments, or have access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for your wallet, recovery options, devices, iCloud account, and any transaction you authorize.
Financial risk
Bitcoin is volatile. Transactions are generally irreversible once broadcast, network fees can change, and you can lose funds through mistakes, loss of access, or unauthorized access to your device or recovery information. OrangeBubbles is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or financial adviser. Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Your use of the app
You may use OrangeBubbles only where doing so is lawful and only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and third-party terms. Do not use the app to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.
Third-party services
The app connects directly to Apple services and public Bitcoin API providers. Their availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to those services.
No warranty
OrangeBubbles is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep only amounts you are prepared to manage with a self-custodial wallet.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrangeBubbles and its creators are not liable for lost bitcoin, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
