Independent product studio Omaha, Nebraska

Small company. Serious product work.

I run Boland Company, an independent product studio for early-stage teams. I turn unclear ideas into clear decisions, working prototypes, and software people can use.

What I do

From open question to working product.

Most of my engagements start with a hard product question and end with something concrete: a decision, a prototype, or a shipped product.

01

Product direction

I help you figure out what matters, what to build first, and what can wait.

02

Prototypes & R&D

I use research, technical spikes, and working prototypes to answer the risky questions early.

03

Design & delivery

I shape the interface, sweat the details, and help carry the product through implementation.

How I work

Senior product help, without the layers.

01

Small by design

You work directly with me—from the first conversation through the final handoff.

02

Evidence over ceremony

I use research and prototypes to answer important questions early, before assumptions get expensive.

03

Built to hand off

I aim to leave you with useful software, clear decisions, and a team that can keep moving after the engagement ends.
