This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and OrangeBubbles. It governs your use of the OrangeBubbles iOS application.

License

Subject to this EULA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OrangeBubbles on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or make the app available to others except where applicable law says you may.

Your wallet and transactions

OrangeBubbles is self-custodial wallet software. You control your keys and authorize your transactions. We cannot access your wallet, reverse a transaction, recover lost funds, or help retrieve a gift link once it has been shared. You accept the risks described in the Terms of Use.

Ownership

OrangeBubbles and its content, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This EULA gives you a license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

Updates and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue the app at any time. This EULA ends automatically if you fail to comply with it. On termination, you must stop using the app; provisions that should reasonably survive, including those about ownership, risk, warranties, and liability, will survive.

Apple

This EULA is between you and OrangeBubbles, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, or claims relating to it. To the extent permitted by law, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Compliance, warranty, and liability

You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list. The warranty and liability terms in the Terms of Use apply to this EULA.
