Product Strategy Sprints
You have a product. It works. But it's not growing, or it's growing in ways you don't understand, or you're about to make a bet that'll cost six months and you're not sure it's the right one.
Or maybe you have an idea and you need someone to stress-test it before you write a line of code. Someone who's been through the cycle enough times to know which bets pay off and which ones just feel productive.
That's what this is. Two weeks of focused work. I go deep on your product, your customers, your competitors, and your positioning. You get a concrete plan, not a slide deck full of frameworks.
My background
I've led product at startups from zero to acquisition. I built payment systems handling billions in volume. I grew platforms to hundreds of thousands of users. I co-founded a company, scaled it to 40+ commercial partners, and sold it. I've done this in fintech, bitcoin, generative AI, agriculture, and enterprise SaaS.
I also studied research psychology and human-computer interaction, which means I think about why people use things, not just how to build them. That matters more than most founders realize.
How it works
Week one is the deep dive. I use your product. Not a demo, not a walkthrough. I sign up, go through onboarding, hit the edges. I talk to your customers or review the feedback you already have. I analyze your competitors. I tear apart your positioning and pricing.
Week two I hand you the plan. What to build next, what to kill, what to change about how you talk about the product, and what to charge for it. Every recommendation is specific and prioritized. No "consider exploring" or "you might want to think about." I tell you what I'd do if it were mine.
If you want, there's an optional third week where I help execute the highest-impact recommendation. Sometimes that's rewriting the landing page. Sometimes it's redesigning onboarding. Sometimes it's killing a feature nobody uses and repositioning around what people actually care about.
Who this is for
Seed and Series A startups where the founding team is too close to the product to see what's off. Indie hackers with revenue but no growth. Small SaaS companies doing $50K to $500K in ARR who know something needs to change but aren't sure what.

Pricing
The two-week sprint is $7,500. That includes the full deep dive, customer and competitor analysis, and a written action plan with specific, prioritized recommendations.
With the optional execution week it's $12,000. That third week is where I actually build or ship the highest-impact change alongside your team.
