One-Person OS
You're doing $200K+ a year on your own or with a tiny team. You're good at what you do. But you lose 10 to 20 hours a week on things that shouldn't require you: scheduling, email, research, follow-ups, invoicing, the operational overhead of running a business.
You could hire an assistant. Or you could build a system that handles most of it automatically and never calls in sick.
This is how I work
I'm not pitching a theoretical product. I run my entire business this way. I have an AI agent named Quinn that lives on a Mac mini in my house. He handles my iMessage, email triage, calendar, smart home, receipt tracking, code monitoring, and research. He talks to me through AirPods using local speech-to-text and text-to-speech. He spawns coding agents to build things while I sleep.
I wrote about it in detail: what it's actually like living with an AI assistant. That post is the demo. The system I describe is the same one I build for clients.
How it works
Day one is assessment. I learn how you actually spend your week, not how you think you spend it. Where the bottlenecks are. What takes 20 minutes but feels like two hours. What you keep putting off because it's tedious.
Days two and three I design your personal AI stack. This isn't one-size-fits-all. The system gets tailored to how you think, what tools you already use, and what you actually care about automating. Some people want email handled. Others want research. Others want their whole communication layer managed. I build around your priorities.
Days four through ten are the build. I set up the automations, integrations, and tools. Everything gets tested with your real workflows, not demo scenarios.
Days eleven through fourteen are training. Hands-on sessions with your actual work. Not a slide deck. We go through your real email, your real calendar, your real tasks, and I show you how the system handles them. By the end of two weeks, you're running it yourself.
Who this is for
Solopreneurs, consultants, creators, small agency owners. People who value their time at $200+ an hour and lose a significant chunk of their week to work that shouldn't require them. If you're doing well but feel like you're working harder than the results justify, this is probably why.
You don't need to be technical. I handle the setup and teach you how to use it in plain language. If you can text and use email, you can run this system.
Pricing
Full setup runs $8-12K depending on how many systems you want integrated and how complex your workflows are. That covers everything: assessment, architecture, build, testing, and two weeks of hands-on training.
Optional maintenance retainer is $500-1K per month for ongoing adjustments, new automations, and support as your needs evolve. Most clients start without it and add it after a month or two.
Get started
Book a 30-minute strategy call. $50. I'll ask about your week, your bottlenecks, and what you wish you could stop doing. I'll tell you honestly whether this setup makes sense for how you work.
